In India there are both sweet and salty lassis. The salty version, I’ve found, is an acquired taste, so let’s go with the sweet. – g
• 1¼ cup plain, unflavored yogurt
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• ¼ tsp ground cardamom seeds
• 8 ice cubes
Preparation:
Blend until smooth.
